We’re living through a lot right now. The stress is real. The fatigue is real. And for many of us, the sense of being knocked off center has become so familiar it feels normal.
This gathering offers a way back—and a way to stay.
Each 60-minute session moves through a living sequence—part nervous system skills, part heart-centered practice, part Sufi teaching.
A chance to touch what’s real and let it move through you.
We’ll draw from the Sufi tradition—poetry, readings, and the living wisdom of our path—as a means of orienting and opening. But the most important thing we practice here is how to carry it out the door.
The practice isn’t separate from life. It is life.
Whether you’re in a difficult meeting, a hard conversation, or folding laundry at the end of a long day—this is available to you. We’ll be building something so reliable and woven into the body that it’ll be there for you naturally the moment you need it.
