If you can't attend live or register after the first class, no worries. You can still receive recordings and participate in future classes or the Saturday morning check-ins.
Come, walk a little deeper into the Sufi teachings and practices that can support you in knowing who you really are and in strengthening your connection with God. This course can help you take the next steps toward having more of what your heart may be seeking – more peace, love, healing, and freedom.
These teachings and practices are the foundation of Sufi spiritual healing, such as the APIIR-TB Sufi spiritual healing system developed by Ibrahim Jaffe, MD. While we won’t be focusing on the APIIR-TB system, we will provide teachings and tools that, over time, can lead to deeper personal transformation.
Led by senior teachers of Sufi Center MN, most of whom have studied extensively with Dr. Jaffe, classes will include: knowledge-based material, experiential learning, practical help in applying what you learn, and the opportunity to ask questions and receive support.
Some of the topics we will touch on are:
- how to connect with and open your heart to the Love more deeply
- how to identify and work with old, painful patterns and limiting beliefs
- self-healing
- a profound forgiveness practice that can return you to your innate divine essence and help heal wounds and relationships
- Learning to step into the majesty of God
- walking through the spiritual stations to come closer to God
- an introduction to the Divine Qualities
- next steps
You will also receive:
- optional Saturday morning check-ins (9:30am CT) that offer the opportunity to ask more questions and receive support. If you can't attend a Thursday class, these check-ins offer the chance to catch up a bit
- class recordings
- the support of teachers & community. When we come together even with just one other, it is often more helpful and powerful than when we are on our own
