Creating a Heart-Centered Life
A 4-part course of timeless Sufi teachings to transform your heart
“Your task is not to seek for love, but merely to seek and find all the barriers within yourself that you have built against it.” ~ Rumi, Sufi Mystic
Ancient Sufi healing practices and teachings offer a practical system for going from problem to resolution in a way that allows your heart to respond to events of your life with more joy, lasting healing, inner peace and love. These teachings combine readily with other healing modalities, and spiritual paths, and will deepen whatever spiritual path you have chosen to follow.
Is your heart longing for something more?
- Have you lost your energy and inspiration?
- Are there patterns in you that you just can’t seem to change?
- Do you sometimes feel alone on your spiritual journey?
- Are you worried, concerned, or anxious about your health and emotional well-being?
- Are your relationships as fulfilling, conscious and loving as you want them to be?
All of these challenges reveal barriers we have unconsciously built within ourselves. They are barriers between where we are now, and where our hearts really want to be – living a joyful life filled with meaning, clarity, purpose, peace and love.
In this course you will discover how to heal the barriers in your body, heart, mind and spirit through the Divine light, which allows for complete healing. The true or deep healing is not complete until all of these layers are integrated. When this occurs, the essence of who you really are flows into your life and opens a new way of being.
If you are you longing for a deeper and more constant connection to the Divine, then you are in the right place…
Your teachers/healers on this journey will be personally guiding and supporting you in expanding your direct connection and experience of the light and presence of God. As we journey together, learning and practicing as a group, our assimilation of the healing light and energy is greatly magnified.
We will be exploring:
~ How to develop a deep and consistent connection with Source
~ How to find and heal the barriers and patterns that keep you stuck
~ Simple, effective practices that deeply open your heart
~ How to practice sincere forgiveness, and why it’s essential for complete healing
~ How heartfelt self-responsibility leads to empowerment
